The SimpliFine Home Kitchen Silicone Bakeware set consists of 3 silicone sheets and a digital cooking book included to help inspire use of your new bakeware.
Each of the sheets is a different size, you get a small, medium and large sheet.
They have a rubbery feel to them and at first it feels a little counterintuitive putting them in the oven, but fear not! These laugh in the face of high oven temperatures.
They can be used for both baking and cooking and they’ve been great in all tasks. Pop your food on, place in the oven, then when you take them out food comes off far easier than had I used just a baking tray.
In the review video below you’ll see this demonstrated with gingerbread, something that normally requires prying from a baking tray, but not so with a SimpliFine baking mat, it can just be picked off without the need for a spatula.
You’ll also see them being cleaned under the tap, this was only to show how easily they clean up and if you like you can pop them in a dishwasher instead of manually cleaning them.
Having some older, low cost, trays you’ll likely find food sticking to the trays, chips in particular can be especially well stuck. This isn’t a problem with these, food lifts off incredibly easy.
It’s great you get three sizes allowing them to be used in a range of situations, fantastic little kitchen gadget.
