The TEC.BEAN X902 Black Spider Mini RC Quadcopter Drone is a great little quadcopter that can be flown inside or outside.

It comes pre-assembled, all you need to do is charge the drone (via the included USB cable) and add 3 x AAA batteries to the remote.

There are spare blades included in case you damage any of the pre-installed ones.

The X902 has an interesting design that differs from a lot of mini drones, rather than the propellers being mounted on the top of the drone they’re actually mounted underneath.  You’re protected from them via some guards which also act as the landing feet.

If you’ve used drones before you’ll be use to the setup process, first attached the battery, turn on the drone and remote, then pair the remote by moving the sticks up and down.  Once paired you’re ready to fly up, up and away!

If flying outdoors keep in mind it could be blown about rather easily, but this is suitable for use indoors as well and actually is great fun, I’m currently trying to see if I can land it on various objects such as a bookcase.

It has lights that can be turned on/off via the remote, and overall after a bit of practice this is a fairly easy to control little drone, good fun in or out doors.
