I recently had the chance to test out the JOBY Spin Bluetooth Electronic Head, Motion Control, and it proved to be a great choice for those who want mobile phone panning capabilities!

But when I tried this product out at home there were some kinks that needed straightening out before I could highly recommend them fully:
