HooToo are back with another great USB 3 product. This time its a 7 port hub which also has 2 charging ports. The design is similar to other HooToo products recently reviewed, with a nice solid build quality and easy to understand setup.
The 7 port hub comes with a power supply and USB 3 cable. This will work with older USB items, but to get the most out of this you’ll need a USB 3 port on your PC and USB 3 ready device. There are 7 USB 3 ports on the hub and they are well spaced to allow all ports to be used at once. At the bottom of the 7 port hub are 2 charging ports, a 1A and a 2.1A port. These are great for charging things such as mobiles, cameras, MP3 players or tablets, but they can’t be used as a USB port, they are only for charging.
The 7 port hub doesn’t require any software installing, you just plug it in, plug your devices in, and off you go. It’s a good size to sit on a desk and provides quick and easy access to lots of USB ports.

Could you do a review of all the metal USB 3.0 hubs out (Anker, etc… ). The black is nice and subtle but it scratches easily.
